Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

 

  • Develops admissions strategies, objectives, and operational procedures in line with MUBS’ strategic plan, objectives, and regulations.
  • Promotes the university to attract new students by maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, alumni, and other departments at MUBS.
  • Analyzes trends in enrollments that would lead to creating marketing and recruitment strategies.
  • Handles the promotion activities of the university through presentations, exhibitions, conferences, meetings, and open houses.
  • Verifies the academic eligibility of applicants.
  • Maintains and provides accurate data reports for submission to the Board and the Ministry of Education and Higher Education.
  • Plans and implements the admissions section in the university catalogue and website.
  • Serves on committees as needed.
  • Delivers reports as needed.
  • Performs other duties as needed.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

 

  • Masters degree
  • A minimum experience of three years in university admissions.
