Overview:
The Faculty of Business Administration is seeking Full-time Lecturers in the field of Business. The successful candidates will play a key role in maintaining and enhancing the academic excellence of our institution by delivering high-quality instruction to students across the Aley, Beirut, and Rashayya campuses. This position offers a unique opportunity to share expertise in business and engage with a diverse student body.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Deliver lectures in the Business field.
- Develop and update course materials, including syllables, handbooks, and assessments, in alignment with curriculum objectives.
- Facilitate student learning through effective classroom management and interactive teaching methods.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance academic programs and improve student experiences.
Qualifications:
- PhD degree in Business from an accredited institution.
- Demonstrated expertise in Business through academic achievements and professional experience.
- Previous teaching experience at the tertiary level is preferred, with a proven record of effective instruction and student engagement.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with students and colleagues.
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to accommodate diverse learning styles and student backgrounds.
- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
Preferred Skills:
- Deep understanding of Business theories, concepts, and principles.
- Ability to deliver engaging and interactive lectures and facilitate meaningful discussions.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to evaluate student learning outcomes and course effectiveness.
- Proficiency in using educational technology and learning management systems.
