Mrs. Hodaify holds a Master's Degree
in English Language and Literature from the Lebanese University, where she
conducted a study on The Impact of
Social-Emotional Skills in Teaching English Language for Seventh Graders.
With over two decades of teaching
experience, she is a dedicated English language instructor committed to
inspiring and guiding learners on their educational journey. She is recognized
for her dynamic, student-centered teaching methodologies, which foster language
proficiency, enhance critical thinking skills, and empower students to succeed
academically and beyond.
As a strong advocate for continuous
professional growth, Mrs. Hodaify actively participates in training programs
and workshops including:
- An online research symposium: “The 4th
International Symposium on Educational Research; Theme: Educational and
Digital Transformation- Thriving in a VUCA World” organized by Prince Sultan University
- A three-part webinar series: “Empowering Educators:
Integrating AI into Classroom Activities and Assessments” by MEPLI.
- A workshop on “Connected Learning in Any Setting”
by ESOL.
- A training session on “Coping with Current
Challenges Through Professional and Emotional Readiness” by The
English Access Microscholarship Program.
- A series of webinars by American English for Educators,
British Council, Education First/ EF International Language Campuses, TEFL Horizons,
Cambridge Assessment English, Pearson, Oxford University Press, National
Geographic Learning, MM Publications, and the Pathways Mentor Program.
Beyond attending workshops, Mrs.
Hodaify is also an accomplished trainer. She has delivered numerous training
sessions, including:
- APA Documentation: Guiding educators and students on proper
academic citation and referencing.
- Integrating Social-Emotional Learning (SEL) Strategies
in English Language Teaching: Equipping teachers with techniques to foster
emotional intelligence and engagement in the classroom.
Her passion for education, innovation,
and professional development continues to shape her teaching philosophy,
ensuring that students receive a holistic and enriching learning experience.
