Ali Abdallah is a CELTA certified English instructor from Cambridge University with a Teaching Diploma and a master's degree from the Lebanese University. Mr. Abdallah’s education and career have been intertwined in both medical and educational fields where he is pursing a master’s degree in Optics & Optometry from the American University of Science and Technology (AUST).
His work experience that has ranged over the span of 5+ years has been productive and varied. Mr. Abdallah is now the English Department Assistant at MUBS and the Director of Studies (DOS) at the American Academic & Learning Center. Before that, he had participated with several NGOs such as Terre des Hommes (TDH) where he had the chance to give a TOT Intermediate English course to UNICEF school teachers across Lebanon at the American University of Science and Technology (AUST). Mr. Abdallah had also been an instructor at various schools and at the American Lebanese Language Center (ALLC) International House (IH) for more than 4 years. Therefore, his diverse education and experience has equipped him with a deeper understanding of the teaching methodologies used, and the ability to identify main gaps in education.
