Dr. El Hassan holds a PhD in Educational Leadership from Saint-Joseph University of Beirut. She is the Chair of the Education Department at MUBS and a full-time faculty member. Her focus is on students’ success and faculty development through group dynamics, collaboration, shared leadership, and intrapreneurship. She teaches graduate and undergraduate courses in Early Childhood Education and Educational Management.

Dr. El Hassan has been a consultant, educational coach, curriculum coordinator, and teacher trainer in schools accredited by the French and IB systems in Lebanon, as well as in countries such as the UAE, Qatar, and Egypt. As a member of Professional Development Committee in different schools, she has conducted training sessions and contributed to initiatives aimed at school improvement and organizational change. Passionate about education and innovation, she has attended and participated in international conferences in the region.
