Mrs. Jreij received her Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition and Dietetics in 2011 and her Master’s degree in Research on Human Nutrition in 2013 from the Universite Saint Joseph de Beyrouth (USJ). She then completed a hospital dietetic internship at Rafic Hariri University Hospital (RHUH) and obtained her work permit as a clinical dietitian from the Ministry of Public Health in 2014.

She has rotated between different polyclinics since 2014 and is a volunteer dietitian with Caritas Lebanon since 2015. Furthermore, Mrs. Jreij is the previous owner of a health shop and catering business. She joined the academic field, teaching in different universities on the Lebanese territory since 2015.

Mrs. Jreij joined the Department of Nutrition at FHS, MUBS in 2019 and started teaching as a full-timer in 2021.

Her main interests in the field are breastfeeding influence on both the mother and the infant, holistic nutrition, organic food production, eating disorders, nutritional impact on oral and dental health, and the nutritional management of diabetes.
