Welcome to the IT Help Desk/Technology Support site

The Information Technology department is available to assist students, faculty and staff with technology issues and requests. Our team is committed to provide you with excellent service and prompt technical support solutions.

 

How can we help?


°          Installing, configuring, monitoring and maintaining computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners.

°          Password resets and unlocking user accounts:  the IT Helpdesk can reset your password and unlock your account via email.

°          Office 365:  we provide Microsoft Office software to install and use on your own computer(s) . Contact IT Helpdesk for any assistance.

°          Providing technical support across the university (this may be in person or over the phone).

°          Staff/student email:  the IT Helpdesk can show you how to access your student or staff email accounts either on or off campus.

°          Staff training and lending support to IT related exams.

°          Assisting with video conference classes.

°          University Management System/Moodle:  we  handle most queries, including enrolment queries, backup and restores, data integration and logging on

°          Announcements:  email the IT Helpdesk to make this happen.
