4.1 The Committee meets once a month, and upon the request of the Provost, President, or Chairman of the Board of Trustees.

4.3 Admissions Office plays a central role in making recommendations and highlighting needs for effective student recruitment to Schools and Departments.
4.4 Liaise and communicate recommendations and recruitment-related decisions to concerned units and departments within the University
