• MUBS is committed to equality of opportunity and fairness for all students, staff, and anyone associated with the university such as service providers, contractors, or visitors.

• MUBS will not, under any circumstance, tolerate any harassment behavior or bullying that is defined by the University as a repeated inappropriate behavior which aims directly or indirectly at intimidating an individual or individuals involving verbal or physical behavior and conducted by one or more persons within the course of their employment or association with the University.

• Such behavior may result in disciplinary action up to and including termination or expulsion.

• Student victims of any form of discrimination have the right and are expected to report their cases to the Student Fairness committee. Faculty, staff and any employee of the University have the right to report their cases to the Human Resources Department and to the University Council.

• The right of anonymity is guaranteed to any individual reporting cases of intimidation, discrimination, or harassment, if the complainant chooses to remain anonymous.
