• The University is ultimately responsible to ensure the elimination discrimination and promoting equality.
• The President and University Council are responsible for ensuring that the commitments within the Policy are fulfilled across the University.
• The Human Resources Department is responsible for implementing the Policy with respect to staff and employees, to ensure all staff and employees receive appropriate equality and diversity inclusion training.
• The Deans and Student Services Department are responsible for implementing this Policy within the student body.
• Deans of Schools and Head of Academic Departments are responsible for ensuring that all staff and students are aware of the commitments within the policy. They are also responsible for promoting equality of opportunity and to the elimination of discrimination within their Schools and Departments.
