1 - Scholarship Description:
The MUBS Undergraduate Athletic Scholarship is designed for students with recognized athletic skills and performance.
The Scholarship is split into two categories: Club members and non-club members.
For club members there are 4 degrees: 1st - 2nd - 3rd- 4th Divisions of the Lebanese Federated sports. The Scholarship will be granted to students who compete and represent MUBS in friendly and official competitions including the Lebanese Universities Championships.
2 - Eligibility:
A - Have an Athletic Award, Prize, or Recognition.
B - Must not be receiving another kind of Academic Scholarships.
3 - Terms And Conditions:
A - Must be enrolled in a full time basis with a minimum of 12 credits per semester.
B - Respect University and Financial aid Rules and regulations and sustain an exemplary
Behavior.
C - Scholarship Renewal will be on semester-by-semester basis based on the student's athletic performance and discipline.
4 - How to Apply:
A - Fill in the Athletic Scholarship Application Form and submit it to the student affairs office before 30 of September.
B - Submit all supporting documents confirming skills in the specified athletic field. C - Submit a medical Statement.
5 - Scholarship Rules and Regulations:
A - The student signs a pledge including the below discipline:
- Attend friendly and official competitions with 20 % absence rate allowed in each semester with written excuse.
- Student exceeded absence rate loses his scholarship in the next semester.
B - Scholarship Amount:
1 - Club members:
- 1st Division and National Team Player (Collective Sports): 65 % scholarship
- International Ranking (1st- 2nd- 3rd places) Champion (individual sport): 65 % Scholarship
- 1st Division club Player: 55 % Scholarship
- National Champion (Individual Sport): 55 %
- 2nd Division club player: 50 % Scholarship
- 3rd Division club player: 45 % Scholarship
- 4rth Division Club player: 40 % Scholarship
2 – Non-Club Member:
National team members who are non MUBS club members will be granted 35 % scholarship.
• By the end of their second semester and onwards, students should maintain a Minimum CGPA of 3.0 (Honor’s List) to stay eligible for the scholarship and financial aid provided to them when admitted, otherwise the following applies:

Once the GPA rises back to 3.0, the student can continue to benefit from the scholarship and financial aid.
