1. The student submits the scholarship application to the admissions office.
  2. Admissions office to approve.
  3. Any scholarship above 40% requires an approval from the Chairman.
  4. Communicate acceptance letter to students within one week.
  5. Admissions office forward to Registrar and Bursar’s Office for action.
  6. The student should submit a Special Consideration Form in case the required scholarship is not included in the above policy.
  7. By the end of every semester, a list of students who lost their scholarship and financial aid should be prepared and communicated by Student Affairs to the Bursars Office.
  8. Student Affairs should also inform the students about any change in their scholarship and financial aid.
