- The student submits the scholarship
application to the admissions office.
- Admissions office to approve.
- Any scholarship above 40% requires an approval from the Chairman.
- Communicate acceptance letter to students within one week.
- Admissions office forward to Registrar and Bursar’s Office for action.
- The student should submit a Special Consideration Form in case the required scholarship is not included in the above policy.
- By the end of every semester, a list of students who lost their scholarship and financial aid should be prepared and communicated by Student Affairs to the Bursars Office.
- Student Affairs should also inform the students about any change in their scholarship and financial aid.
