The Computer Science Department at MUBS is dedicated to preparing students for the rapidly evolving world of technology. Our program offers four specialized emphases: Software Development (S-Dev), Cyber Security (Cy-S), Artificial Intelligence (AI), and Internet of Things (IoT), allowing students to shape their education according to their passions and career goals. Students build a strong programming foundation through a variety of languages, including C#, Java, SQL and Python, while also gaining hands-on experience in Web Development and Mobile Application Development. We also integrate industry-recognized certifications, including ICDL, and prepare students for professional credentials from Microsoft, Cisco, and IBM, ensuring our graduates enter the job market with both the practical knowledge and the certifications employers highly value.

The Master of Computer Science (MCS) program at MUBS is designed for graduates holding a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science who wish to advance their expertise across key specialization areas. Building on a solid foundation in computer systems and programming, the program offers advanced study paths in Software Development, Cyber Security, Artificial Intelligence, and the Internet of Things (IoT). Through a curriculum that combines theoretical depth with practical, industry-relevant applications, students develop the skills needed to design secure, intelligent, and scalable software systems. The program prepares graduates for specialized professional roles, leadership positions, and further research in today’s rapidly evolving technological landscape.

The degrees of Bachelor in Computer Science, and Masters of Science in Computer Science are accredited by the Ministry of Education and Higher Education (MEHE) and are designed to provide our students with the latest knowledge and tools to equip them with the skillsets needed to succeed in a highly competitive and dynamic field.
