Short Bio
Jana Jabbour is a licensed dietitian and researcher in the field of Clinicaland Public Health Nutrition. She is currently a faculty member at the ModernUniversity of Business & Sciences and a technical consultant with the WorldHealth Organization, East Mediterranean Regional (EMR) office. She has along standing experience as a Clinical Dietician at the department of ClinicalNutrition at the American University of Beirut (AUB) Medical Center. Dr.Jabbour holds a Master's degree in Public Health from AUB and a PhD inNutrition Oncology from Aix Marseille University/Cancer Research Center ofMarseille. Dr. Jabbour's research projects have been focused onsurveillances of nutritional status and body composition phenotypes andlegal reforms to address these changes in the EMR region.
