Short Bio

Dr. Joanne Karam is a passionate & motivated PhD holder with solid knowledge in conducting research and leading seminars in the nutrition and holistic health fields. She is the chairperson of the Nutrition & Dietetics department and the chairperson of Research accreditation at MUBS; she is a certified health coach and a certified pilates instructor. Dr. Karam is passionate about sharing her aquired knowledge in holistic health, well being and life quality and is an expert in the Mediterranean Diet, food safety & security, and body image.
