For the first time in Lebanon and exclusively at the Modern University for Business and Science, you will get the chance to take the ISSA Certified Personal Training course in class and not online!

- Classes are going to be on 6 consecutive Saturdays from 8:00 am till 9:30 am.

• Nutrition (Weighing the Truth on Exercise and Nutrition, The Basics of Sound Nutrition, Estimating Caloric Needs, The ISSA Zig-Zag Approach to Muscle Gain and Fat Loss, Fad Diets and Nutrition, Supplementation)
• Injury & Disease (Exercise and Older Adults, Exercise and Adaptive Fitness, Exercise and Our Youth, Exercise and Hypertension, Exercise and Diabetes, Exercise and Arthritis, Exercise and Coronary Heart Disease, Exercise and Pregnancy, Exercise and Asthma, Exercise and Sports Medicine in the Trenches, Basic First Aid)

• How the Personal Trainer Certification works?

1- Get registered and start your classes: Enroll and your name will instantly be sent to ISSA USA. We will also ship you the hard copies of the textbooks so you can study on-the-go. You have around 10 hours to complete the course that includes case studies and practical sessions.

2- Complete quizzes and test your comprehension: We offer online practice quizzes throughout the course to test your comprehension. Once you complete the quizzes, you'll gain access to the online final exam.

3-Take the open-book, untimed final exam: The final exam is online, open-book and untimed. It can be taken from the comfort of your home and completed during multiple sessions. You can also change an answer at any time before you submit your exam. After you pass your final exam we help you plan your next move.
